Warranty Policy – Offroad Majlis
 1.⁠ ⁠Limited Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on all products for manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

 2.⁠ ⁠Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for one year from the date you receive your order. If you notice a defect, contact us at returns@offroadmajlis.com.

 3.⁠ ⁠What’s Covered
•    Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
•    Defective parts that affect the product’s intended use

 4.⁠ ⁠What’s Not Covered
•    Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
•    Normal wear and tear
•    Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
•    Any damage caused by off-road use outside of recommended specifications

 5.⁠ ⁠How to File a Warranty Claim
•    Email returns@offroadmajlis.com with your order details and photos of the defect.
•    Ship the item back to us (shipping cost paid by you).
•    Our team will inspect the item within 10 working days.
•    If the defect is confirmed, we’ll issue store credit equal to the value of the item (excluding shipping costs).
